Will laser etching damage my item?
No, the laser only etches a few micro meters into the surfaces of your item.

What is the turn around time?
Normally 3-5 days. If you need a more accurate answer, please contact us before hand.

Can I have a custom design etched onto my item?
Yes, of course! Although depending on the size, shape, and type of design this may add to the cost of the etching procedure.

I don't see any prices where is the pricing information?
Click the 'Start Here' button above highlighted in yellow. You will be given a firm quote before providing payment information.

Do you guarantee your work?
Yes Provitron guarantees that the etching you request will be to spec with your design request. All attempts are made to place your design in the optimal position; however, our design spec allows for up to 1/8^th inch in any direction off center.

Do you etch items other than Apple products?
Yes we welcome all items which are fairly flat and less than 18X12X6(in) in dimension.

What colors can your laser etch?
On anodized aluminum, both silver and dark black colors as well as gradients of grey can be achieved. Generally it will be lighter than the current surface color.

What happens if you mess up?
We haven't so far, but be rest assured that we uphold our guarantee.
